TL552-WD

The TL552-WD is a multifunctional laser processing head designed for cladding,  quenching, and welding. It features a convenient modular design, allowing for the  free interchange of different modules to meet various application needs. The internal  optics use a lens plus integrative mirror design, achieving spot shapes beneficial for  cladding applications. Its high-quality foundational optical module ensures highquality, stable processing outcomes. All lenses have an internal water cooling  design, enabling efficient cooling of the lenses for prolonged stable operation and  extended product lifespan. Optional smart detection sensors allow for  comprehensive real-time monitoring of the processing head's status. Additionally, an  optional molten pool temperature monitoring function.
